Fulfillment Solutions​

We work with small and large fulfillment centers in the EU, the US, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Canada and the UK. We also support non-partner fulfillment centers by carrying out research, cost comparison and contract negotiations for our customers.

Yes, we can help you set up in any country. However, we will always have a mid-term review of the project to see if you wish to proceed with our approach or not. If we feel that it is not appropriate to set up the fulfillment center in the chosen country, we will notify you, justify our suggestions and decide if we want to proceed further.

Yes. However, this is really up to each client if they decide to use our service for the end to end setup, research only and so on.

Yes. We can help you design the right solutions for your products, set up the structure for the actual return (shipping, traceability, etc.) and take care of the after sales.

Yes, we manage multiple projects for international expansions that are based on research, cost comparisons and optimisations.

Yes, we can analyse your current setup and provide you with feedback on how to improve it or expand into more. In addition, we perform physical audits in warehouses / fulfillment centers locally in Hong Kong and rely on our partners for other countries.

Sourcing and Quality Control

Yes, we manage multiple projects based on research, cost comparisons and optimisations.

If we were able to travel to China, for example, we would go through the process ourselves. For other locations or due to travel restrictions, we will work with our local partners. You will be informed of the process and if it is appropriate to outsource. For the products, we will ask the manufacturer to ship the samples to our Hong Kong office.

We support process reviews. If you are unsure of the process in place or would like to change the manufacturer structure, we can help you.

Yes, the sourcing / procurement of packaging is included in the service. We can find affordable and eco-friendly solutions for your business and help you set up.

No we are not. However, our services can be booked by any type of company as long as the purpose of the sourcing is there. 

Yes, we can work with you as an internal consultant and launch the project together. However, this requires well-defined expectations about the actual outcome.

International Shipping for eCommerce

Yes, we can support you in contract negotiation and courier selection based on our experience. We work with both postal and express couriers, as well as direct injections and freight forwarders.

We offer consulting on the identification of duties, taxes and company incorporation where necessary. We are well connected with companies offering these services on a different scale as well.

Yes. We can help you design the right solutions for your products, set up the structure for the actual return (shipping, traceability, etc.) and take care of the after sales.

Most of our services are guaranteed, which means that if you are not satisfied, we will refund your fee. However, for services where our performance depends solely or in part on information our client shares with us or on variables over which we have no control, we will not provide compensation or proceed with half the refund of the payment. In any case, you do not have to worry because the guarantee will be discussed before any payment and before agreeing on any service to be rendered.
